We offer both full-care field board and full-care stall board.

All horses receive twice-daily feeding and wellness checks, free-choice hay, daily stall cleaning, ample turnout in a small mixed herd, and attentive monitoring. Our barn is perfect for trail riding, daily laps in the arena, or simply retiring in our lush open pastures.

We currently do not offer self-care board.

Board at our farm does not include grain or supplements. All grain, supplements, and medications are owner-provided and must be clearly labeled.

We do, however, include twice-daily feedings as part of full care, ensuring each horse receives their owner-provided feed consistently and on schedule.

We do not offer self-care boarding at this time. All horses are cared for by our team to ensure safety, consistency, and the best possible care for all.

Horses enjoy ample turnout in our two well-maintained paddocks with three spacious run-ins. Turnout is handled daily for stall horses and tailored to both the horse’s needs and owners preferences, ensuring both exercise and safety. Stall board horses are turned out at dawn, and turned in at dusk to get the maximum amount of time grazing with their friends.

Blanket changes are included in the cost of full-care stall board. However, they are not included in the cost of full-care field board. We do offer an a la carté menu of services that you can utilize to supplement your board, which includes blanket and fly gear changes, grooming services, additional feedings, lay-up care, and more.

Absolutely. Our farm features a beautiful spacious, grit footed, and meticulously kept outdoor arena and 30+ acres of mowed, lush trails, perfect for riding and exercising your horse in nature.

We’ve seen firsthand how inconsistent care, overcrowded facilities, and poor communication or management can make boarding stressful for both horses and owners.

At Fair Chance Farms, we do things differently. Every horse receives individualized, hands-on care, and owners are always in the loop.

Our small, attentive environment ensures horses thrive, and owners have peace of mind - we run our barn the way we wish every horse had been cared for: with reliability, honesty, and the horse always first.

We’re conveniently located in Schwenksville, PA, just 15 minutes from both Green Lane Park and Evansburg State Park, making it easy to trailer out to access trails and parks for riding, or simply ride on site.
